Refund & Return Policy

At Eat Clean Pup, our priority is simple: happy dogs and satisfied humans. Because our meals are made fresh and perishable, we do not accept physical returns. However, if something didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • The product arrived damaged or compromised due to shipping or handling issues (photo evidence must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery).
  • There was a shipping or fulfillment error (e.g., incorrect product or missing items).
  • Your dog did not tolerate or enjoy the meals on your first order only.

Refund Limit: We offer up to $50 in cash refunds per household. Any reimbursement beyond this amount will be issued as store credit. This allows us to maintain fairness for all customers and protect against policy misuse.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information.
  • Requests submitted beyond our 14-day customer satisfaction window.
  • Changes in taste preference after multiple meals have been consumed.
  • Missed deliveries or failure to arrive at designated pickup points, resulting in spoilage.
    In these cases, we do not offer refunds, but may provide replacement meals at our discretion.

First-Time Order Satisfaction Guarantee

We want your pup to love every bite. If you're not satisfied with their first order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a:

  • Partial or full refund (up to $50)
  • Store credit
  • Free replacement meal option

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if the product was damaged or compromised, submitted within 12 hours)
